Varsha Sundaran is an Associate Consultant in our Chennai office. Her enthusiasm for taking on new challenges and sharing her experience have made her a critical part of consulting team.
What’s your role at ZoomRx?
I am an Associate Consultant in the Business Analysis team at ZoomRx, I help coordinate business needs for our clients. I design surveys that translate client’s questions and provide a deep analysis of the data collected. I identify actionable insights for key business requests across multiple projects at any given time.
What is something unexpected you've learned from a manager or teammate?
ZoomRxers are eager to help and genuine in their support. I am continually motivated by the passion that my managers and teammates have for their work. They have encouraged me to think differently and have pushed me to come up with new solutions. This work culture and mentality has been a great learning experience.
How does working at ZoomRx challenge and encourage you to do your best work?
ZoomRx values and recognizes good work. For ZoomRxers who put in genuine effort and take on responsibility, growth is inevitable. In my time at ZoomRx, I quickly rose from an Associate to an Associate Consultant.
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
The best part of my role is definitely mentoring junior team members. I want to pass on my knowledge and the best of my abilities to my team. I consider it my responsibility to embody the amazing culture and work ethic that I was motivated by when I joined.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I value exercise and I love working out daily. I enjoy baking healthy food and snacks. I also spend time on my keyboard, which I’ve recently returned to and I’m enjoying every second of it.
