What does ‘work culture’ mean to you?

We asked some of our team members about how they feel about working at ZoomRx and what our core values mean to them. Here’s what they had to say.
"Working at ZoomRx has been a fantastic experience for me, and what I love most about this company is the strong collaboration and intellectual exchanges that happen on a day-to-day basis. The cross-functional teamwork between our Indian and US teams creates a unique and dynamic work environment that promotes efficient problem-solving and a strong sense of collegiality. The diversity of thought and perspectives that come from this collaboration is truly invaluable, and I feel fortunate to be a part of it", says Yunzhao, a Senior Consultant at ZoomRx.
"One of the things I love most about ZoomRx is the fact that experimentation is one of our core values. ZoomRx fosters opportunities where I can take creative liberties of trying new research angles to address those client questions. Coming from an academic background conducting life science research at a bench, I seek to abide by the tenets of the scientific method and strive for always making improvements to current methodologies. At ZoomRx, I can still nurture such skills and interests not only for myself but also with my colleagues, who are as open as me to try new methods. At ZoomRx, “because that is the way we are used to doing it” is not acceptable", says Desiree Garcia-Torres, a Senior Consultant.
